Every system uses WaterSense-certified controllers and high-efficiency heads. If your bill doesn't drop, we'll come tune it until it does.
Pipes, fittings, valves, labor — covered for five full years. Smart controllers carry the manufacturer warranty on top.

Most residential installs land between $1,500 and $3,000 depending on yard size, zone count, and soil conditions. We give a fixed written quote after the on-site walk — no estimate creep, no day-of surprises.
We prioritise completing every install within a single day. For more complex properties — larger lots, multiple zones, or challenging soil — it may extend to a second day, but we’ll always let you know upfront.
It depends on your preference and your property. We assess the area — water pressure, plant types, sun exposure, and contour — then recommend a zone count that works for your lawn. The layout is fully customisable to match how you want your yard watered.
Yes — we offer seasonal service plans that cover fall blowouts (compressed-air line clearing) and spring start-ups (pressurization, head check, controller scheduling). Existing systems welcome.
Five years on all pipe, fittings, valves and labor. Smart controllers and heads carry their own manufacturer warranties on top. Anything fails inside that window, we make it right.
We mount and wire the controller, link it to your home Wi-Fi, install the app on your phone, set initial schedules, and walk you through everything before we leave. No "figure it out yourself" handoff.
